Weight and circuit course at L.A. Boxing!!!

How is your cardio?  Want to put some weight training in your work out?  Try our 6:15 class with Trev!!!  Trev has developed a weight a circuit course to help you build muscle and strengthen your body to the next level.  With a variety of stations, his weight and circuit course is always changing and challenging.  A perfect class for anyone just starting out, or to the more advanced member that has been training for awhile.  Trev uses everything in the gym from the ring, medicine balls, free weights and weight machines.  Haven’t meet Trev, L.A. Boxing’s motivating prime time instructor yet?  Check him out on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 for his kickboxing class, or Thursday and Friday at 6:15.  Looking forward to seeing you in class!!!

    My girlsfriends and I just joined a few weeks ago and are enjoying our classes. We are sweetly asking for a sunday late am class or whenever you want to schedule it. ‘
